We’ve got some huge news to share: Equipment Trader is launching new reporting tools for dealers who sell their equipment through EquipmentTrader.com!!
This is a BIG DEAL. These reporting tools will provide dealers with a more advanced understanding of how buyers are interacting with their listings, how their inventory is performing, and how their inventory listings compare to competition in local and national markets, and more.
Today’s equipment buyers are increasingly conducting their own research online — some as much as 90% — before ever reaching out to a dealer. The new reporting features from Equipment Trader give dealers the tools and data they need to stay just as informed and active as their consumers, and stay competitive in our rapidly changing industry.
Here’s a quick summary of each new reporting tool now available for dealers with Equipment Trader:
Dealer Performance: This tool provides general internal analysis of inventory performance, including impressions, pageviews, and connections. This feature also provides a dynamic connections summary, as well as an informational snapshot of inventory pricing and photo-upload percentages.
Exposure and Activity: This tool allows dealers to conduct more in-depth internal analysis of inventory performance metrics by displaying top-viewed units. Within this tool, dealers can also compare performance data from listings that include essential details to listings without such information. Additionally, dealers may view individual unit metrics and can easily access listing edit options.
Market Insights: This tool provides a unique snapshot of supply and demand needs for equipment inventory in local and nationwide markets at distinct stages of the buying cycle: Interest, Connection, and Activity. Top performing equipment in local and national markets is clearly ranked, highlighting the most popular model years and indicating how many of those models are currently for-sale on Equipment Trader. Additional filters are available for more complex competitive market analyses, saving dealers the valuable time it would take to manually conduct such research.
Reiteration required – this is a BIG DEAL. Equipment Trader is thrilled to offer these dynamic reporting tools for dealers to help them identify factors that contribute to increased exposure and activity in relevant markets and adapt their marketing strategies accordingly.
