In today’s marketplace, customers often wonder if good customer service still exists. For some consumers, past negative experiences make them dread having to reach out to a business for assistance. Fortunately, that is not the case with Equipment Trader!
Our Key Support Team is more than just customer service; we are a team of dedicated, unique individuals with decades of combined experience and a vast knowledge of the commercial industry. We work tirelessly to establish genuine relationships between Equipment Trader and our dealers, demonstrating that we truly share a strong partnership with them. The Key Support Team is comprised of Implementation Specialists, Customer Success Representatives, and a Help Desk Specialist, each of whom play an integral part in dealer success.
The Implementation Specialists provide dedicated service to our dealers for the first pivotal months they are with us. They are the ones handling the setup process, relaying best practices, and monitoring accounts for any possible issues that may arise. The Implementation Specialists work closely with you to make sure you are comfortable and familiar with our services and systems.
When the implementation phase is complete, you are transitioned to a Customer Success Representative, who will assist you with continuing to optimize your performance by conducting frequent audits of dealer accounts and inventory.
The newest addition to Key Support is our Help Desk Specialist, which has taken dealer assistance to whole other level. This position allows us to have one dedicated team member focus solely on troubleshooting issues, while working closely with our Development and OP teams to get those issues resolved quickly.
It’s worth repeating: our Key Support Team is more than just customer service!! We are a team that provides invaluable services that place you on track for success. This is just one of the many reasons why Equipment Trader is a true leader in the Commercial Industry. Keeping reading below to meet each member of the Key Support Team!!
